Our Story
Humankind stands at a crossroads: will we chase the dream of conquering distant planets or protect the last wild frontiers of planet Earth?
How do we empower our children and theirs to make that choice and take action to build thriving societies?
From the historic port of La Rochelle, our multigenerational crew will set sail on an extraordinary journey and documentary series to Greenland, the Arctic Ocean and the Bering Strait followed by the mystical Marquesas Islands in the heart of the Pacific down to the legendary Cape Horn and finally Antarctica.
More than an adventure across 25,000 nautical miles, this expedition is a journey inward, a reflection on our shared humanity and responsibility to those who will inherit the Earth.
Nemo & Anakin™ asks a vital question: what legacy are we shaping for the next generations?
Beyond the skills and knowledge we pass on, it is the mindset we cultivate - imagination, humility, courage, solidarity, love - that will enable our children and theirs not only to adapt to a changing world, but also to make choices and create a future worth living.

Why
At the heart of this project are values that we believe are essential to shaping a hopeful yet clear-eyed response to our era’s challenges.
Our narrative will be driven by curiosity and humility, guided by scientific rigor and transparency, and animated by creativity, courage, solidarity, and perseverance - whether facing a storm in the Southern Ocean or engaging in dialogue with voices we may not agree with.
A Call to Act
We aim to inspire not just awareness, but action: a sense of benevolence without complacency, and a belief that harmony with our planet - and each other - is not naïve, but necessary.
A Journey with Purpose
Nemo & Anakin™ aspires to be more than a movie series but a navigational chart for those who believe in protecting what we have before chasing what we don’t yet understand.
Core Values
Agency over substitution
We support young people; we do not speak in their place
Action over posture
Concrete actions, skills, and cooperation matter more than discourse
Benevolence without complacency
Hopeful but lucid; constructive but demanding
Science-grounded, politically non-aligned
Informed by evidence and lived realities, not ideology
Purpose before profit, with economic realism
Nemo & Anakin is non-profit in intention but economically viable by design
Money is a tool for autonomy and scale - never the purpose
