We are looking for a grounded Youth Empowerment, Learning & Talent Partner to help strengthen two core teams of the project: Youth Empowerment & Learning and Team & Recruitment. This is a senior, entrepreneurial, part-time partner role.
This is not a standard role - we are looking for someone thoughtful, committed, entrepreneurial and deeply values-aligned, who wants to help build something meaningful at the intersection of youth, learning, resilience, exploration and impact.

We’re looking for a passionate and organised Team & Recruitment Associate to support the growth of Nemo & Anakin. In this role, you’ll help attract, onboard, and retain the right people across our teams , from building talent pipelines and coordinating hiring processes to improving onboarding and strengthening team culture.

We’re looking for a rigorous and motivated Finance Associate to support Nemo & Anakin’s next growth phase. In this role, you’ll help build financial models, track budgets and cash flow, and support fundraising efforts while strengthening our financial structure and processes.
